Terms and conditions to rent a car
No hidden charges!Unlimited mileage!
We offer a wide range of vehicles of different classes and
models. All vehicles have passed careful technical
inspections and are equipped with alarms , stereo,and any
other compulsory equipment (first aid kit ,fire
extinguisher,triangle,tyre wrench).Depending on their
class , some cars are equipped with
air-conditioning,central door locking, air bag ,ABS,power
windows,etc. All cars are insured,and are covered against
third party liability highest rate and personal accident.
Requirements of the Renter:
Renter must be at least 21 years of age and must have a
valid personal documents- passport and driver`s license
,with driving practice of a minimum of 2 years. The rented
car may be driven only by the person/persons entered in
and authorized in the Rental Contract.
Upon signing the Contract , the car passes an inspection
and findings are made and recorded in the contract. When
the car is returned by the client , an authorized employee
of the company inspects the car and if he finds losses/
damages caused by Renter`s fault and not covered by the
insurance policy , the amount due is deducted from the
deposit.

Driving license:
Clients can rent and drive cars with their local driving license(no international
driving license is required),as the text on the driving license is written with Latin
letters.
Technical problems:
The cars available for renting are well maintained and kept in very good technical
condition. However technical problems may occur ,especially with the older
cars.In such case the client has to contact us on the EMERGENCY TELEPHONE
NUMBERS which are written on the rental contract.
If the problem is minor and the car is movable we may ask the client to drive it to
the first available garage to fix the problem. At the end of the renting period the
client has to present an invoice from the garage and we will refund the amount
spent for the repairs.
If a big technical problem appears we will send immediately our service truck with
another similar car exchange for the broken one.
In case of accidents:
First thing to do is to call our EMERGENCY TELEPHONE NUMBERS which are
written on the contract .Then call the police (tel. 00359 2 166) and ask them to
come and make evidence protocol. We will need this protocol as a proof, and if
there is no such protocol the insurance is not valid!
Renting price:
All prices are in EUROS. Unfortunately this is still not changed in all pages of this
website. The rental period is counted for 24 hours at the time of renting. If the
return of the car is delayed within 1 to 4 hours , 40 % of the renting price per day
is paid.In case of delay for more than 4 hours 100% of the rent per day is paid.
The WEEKEND rate is valid from Friday,4.00 p.m. to Monday, 10.00 a.m.
The monthly price is valid for 30 days.
The minimum renting period is 24 hours .
The rental price includes:
-vehicle maintenance.
-third part liability insurance at the highest rate.
-personal accident insurance.
-full automobile insurance.
Returnable deposit:
We require a returnable deposit to be left in cash for each car. The deposit will be
returned to the customer after the car is returned.
Insurance:
The car is initially insured against damages caused by third person\persons .
--- we recommend you pay The Limited Liability fee which costs 1-4 EUROS per day
.Depending on the car the Renter is liable for any damages caused by Renter`s
fault up to the deposit limit.----
!!!Very important!Damage insurance is not valid in the following cases:
The car is driven after alcohol or drugs.
In case of an accident no police report for insurance occurrence is presented
upon returning the car.
The Renter has allowed another person not authorized in the Contract or not
having a driver`s license to drive the car
The car tyres are damaged not as a result of fire or a car accident.
The Renter deliberately damages the car or its accessories.
!!!Very important!The insurance is not valid in the following cases:
The car is left unlocked!
The car is left and the alarm is not switched on.
The car is left with the car documents inside.
The car is left and the radio /cassette panel is not removed .
(When the car has stereo system with removable panel)
Terms of Payment:
THE FULL RENTING PRICE AND THE RETURNABLE DEPOSIT MUST BE
PAID WHEN SIGNING THE CONTRACT.
If paid in cash ,we accept all kinds of hard currency or its equivalent in Bulgarian
Leva. Returnable deposit is required,and must be left in cash!
Mileage:

Fuel is not included in the rental price. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel
than the initial quantity specified in the Contract,the difference must be paid by
the Renter.
